Real Estate in Dubai is certainly hot. Panama is a bit closer to the US and has some sweet apartments and beach front property at much lower prices than the US.

Property in Abu Dhabi
Maybe you can help with my question.I would like to invest into some property abroad, especially Abu Dhabi. The problem is that all I could find about properties for sale in Abu Dhabi is this and I have no idea if this is a trustworthy site or not. So if someone could provide some extra information or shed some light on that topic, I would be more than thankful.

buying a property in Turkey is a good investment
In 2003 Turkey has liberalized its real estate market for foreign buyers. So far more than 70.000 estates in Turkey have been purchased by foreigners. British, Irish, Germans, Danish and Dutch are at the top of the list of nations interested in buying in Turkey. One of the main reasons why investors consider Turkey is that prices in Turkey are still well below the EU average.

If you are looking for places with solid track record, Paris and London will never go wrong. We have mutiple fractional ownership properties in Paris and the demand is so strong that we hardly can keep up with it. Many Americans are investing in these solid markets which will not go through big ups and downs. Dubai sounds like a very promising place to invest. The bigger the risk, the bigger the reward. In term of long term sustanibility, it is yet to be discovered.

Try looking at properties in Brazil. There are still good prices for new homes.
