HELP! Costa Rica Development Property Available Now With 175k+ Equity...
Hello All,
I am in a bit of a problem right now and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.
The multi million dollar development deal is in Costa Rica and is targeted towards retirees who want to relocate to Costa Rica to retire. One of my investors needs to liquidate his share asap and now I'm looking for a new partner in this investment.
The buy in is 1 million and since the investor needs to liquidate asap, he is willing to lose out on the additional equity that he gained and the the new investor will acquire 175k+ in equity on top of his initial investment.
Now, my problem is obviously where to find the right investor for this project. What forums, message boards, social networking sites or other offline magazines, newpapers could I use to find perspective investors.
Where do these real estate investors, private investors or angel investors hang out? Where Could I find someone to help me with this deal.

For that amount of money, you may need to build a website to advertise this opportunity. Use Google Pay Per Click drive some target traffic to your site. Finding the right person who is interested in this unique opportunity can be a challenge. When we started selling fractional ownership homes, not a lot of people knew what it was. But the internet helped. Research at Google and see what keywords people will be looking for and give it a shot.
