i am very eager to invest in Dubai, there are many factors that attracts me. one of the main things is the culture followed in Dubai.

Actually I am looking into Costa Rica.
Specifically this one development, it sounds incredible, mountain views, ocean views.. teak investment.. and the properties themselves are dirt cheap! actually quite unbelievable.. does anyone know what the prospects are in investing in Costa Rica?

Dubai is the best place. It is open to any investor from anywhere in the world. Dubai properties give a greater return on investment.
