    Default RE Investment/License Question

I have exactly 0% experience in Real Estate, but would like to start investing pretty soon. Right now I am educating myself.

I hold a full time 9-5 job, I will be taking classes to get my Realtor License soon, simply to educate myself. The problem is I currently live in Atlanta GA, but I would like to move soon to the East Coast and start investing because I do not like living here.. I think its a good idea to invest close to where you live.. right? Should I go ahead and get my license here and move to the East Coast? Or should I move first and then get my licence and start investing?

If I wanted to invest for myself, I would never get involved with a Real Estate license for the liability of it...
Get your investing freedom by NOT getting your license...

I agree here. You are held to a different set of standards than a regular investor. Lots of steps you have to take to get involved in deals, such as disclosing that you are licensed. Stick with investing unless you want to broker.
