[FONT=&quot]Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this

I think that you need a total guide on real estate like from the A – Z. There are many online sources that can help you in this…but that should be well sorted. realpropertyprofits.com Real estate investing has many features to it like probate real estate which is a less – known but a real good way to make the cash roll. Its an effective way to put your money for the real value.

start learning by using online stuff...search for tips and something like that...and if you got ideas already try asking professional people to explain the parts that you couldn't be clear with...before you know it..you will also be good at real estate..

one thing and the most important thing that u have to consider is the locatin of the property and the marketability of it.

like our property in boracay, it is 127 hectares or 15% of the boracay island where you can get to own a place where you can enjoy, relax and earn even if you dont visit the place often coz it'll be managed by our hotel management. it is a worry free investment coz you won thave to think of the maintenence. all you got to do is own a condotel and you'll get to enjoy 30days a year free and the remainig 335days in a year will be rented out to hotel guests which will give an annual dividend depending on the average occupance rate.
