We are in the process of building 300 multi-discipline dental centers that operate with 5 to 7 dentists in each center. The business side of the operation, the actual practice, has the highest potential at a projected return of 36 to 50 % annually. Additionally we also control the underling real-estate which is occupied by our dental practices who sign a twenty year triple net lease. This opportunity offers fractional owners a fixed income with a potential to capitalize on the gross profit of that particular dental facility. This opportunity has a potential return of 18 to 26.6% annually, plus 6.25% of the gross monthly revenue is paid to the investors.
