    Default Where do I start?

I am interested in buying a lot in chicago, then building a 3 unit condo on it. What are some suggestions on how to find a builder? Im in the chicagoland area. I have the lot I want to buy, but Im not really sure on how to find builders. Is there a website I can go to?

    Default Good ole Google

I really would recommend Googling that to find out who makes sense to work with. I also would highly recommend finding a good agent who can help out.

Getting referrals from realtors or real estate brokers would be a good way to see who is out there doing a good job. There seems to be a condo overstock all over the country. Getting the right builder may not be too difficult, however, getting the project financed can be tougher these days. If you can sell most of properties prior to construction, it would be big. Good luck!
