I have something here that isn't exactly what you said you were looking for, but it is something that is interesting. I am looking for investors to get involved with building 300 multi-discipline dental centers that will be operating with anywhere from 5-7 dentists. This business opportunity returns an average of 36% and is available to accredited investors only. Also we control the underlying real estate which has a 20year triple-net lease with these dentists that has an average return of 18-26.6%, unacdreds and accreds can get involved. We have a center up and running already generating cash flow and returns to the investors, another 4 will be open in the upcoming months as well as another 4 are funded. What type of franchises are you looking for you? My company keeps a list of past investors with franchises.

How about geting involved in being a fractional owner in a piece of real estate where you only have limited liability? Don't worry about owing money or jeapordizing your credit
