Default Two Real Estate Investors Looking for Capital and/or a Mentor

We have been studying real estate investing but you can get only so far with reading. Now it is time to make the first real deal but we are in a need of capital ($100,000 - $200,000) for short sales.

Also, if anyone in Indianapolis area who has experience in real estate is interested helping two extremenly motivated beginner investors please contact us.

    Thank You,
    Matti Korhonen & Sondra Smith

    Smile Advice to RE Investing.

    Dear Matti and Sondra,

You may consider properties in default. I have been an investor in CA for 3 years, and have done quite well. May I suggest to you a pheomenal person who helped me get my start? Her name is Alexis McGee, and has a site called ForeclosureS.com. Check it out. And the best of luck to you.

If I were you, I would JV (joint venture) with someone who's already successful in the rehab business!

Another suggestion, is to go to YouTube.com and Search for Short Sales! You'll find a ton of information that can help you and and mentor(s) that you can seek out to help you as well.

    I wish ya luck!
