Phony, Fakes, and More
Why are unlicensed people trying to contact Realtors with these wacky stories of having a buyer looking for luxury property at 40%+ discount, yet will not allow the Realtor to speak directly with this phantom buyer.
I am amazed at how many people cold call me, send me emails, and cannot provide 1 ounce of proof of who they are, or provide their buyer qualifications.
I cannot see how they can benefit from these cold calls, or why any real buyer would utilize the services of some unlicensed crackpot to find this diamond in the rough property at a steep discount.
These people tell me they represent Multi Million dollar enterprises and use Yahoo email addresses. Just too darn funny!
If anyone ever heard of Steven Love (unknown origin), or Michael Nolan from some made up company called CBM Enterprises LLC
Please let me know.
Listen boys, if you read this. GO GET A REAL JOB! and stop calling Realtors.

Crazy
Makes no sense whatsover. I'm amazed at the unlicensed scammers out there. What is so hard about simply going out and getting your license and being legit.
