    Default How long until the market rebounds

    How long do you think it will take for the real estate market to rebound? I personally think it will take until 2010 before it fully rebounds. Thinks are starting to pickup (at least in TX), but we still have a long ways to go. Still a lot of money to be made, but now you just have to work harder to make it.
