Default Real Estate in Western Europe

I would like to know your opinion on the Real Estate market in Western European countries which recently joined the EU i.e. Bulgaria, Romania. Have the prices gone up dramatically? And if so, is it still worthwhile to buy a property in that region?

    Many thanks for replies.

The market in Eastern Europe (if that is what you meant) has room for growth with markets like Poland and Czech Republic and Romania with good potential. I wouldnt personally go near Bu;garia, since the strongest phase of the growth has passed for me.
