    Cool Real Estate software?

Do any of you guys use RE software for help with aquisitions and if so which ones? Is this a waste of money?

Software is only a tool. You could give me the best equipment in the world and I couldn't build a car. If you have a property in mind, check out my sites and let's talk about how I might be able to provide the same information for less money than some of the software available. I could do it for you or teach you how.
