Setting Up a REIT
Hello,
Can anyone let me know what are the issues to consider in order to set up a Real Estate Investment Trust? I am currently working with a real estate company in Qatar which would like to examine this option in order to generate funds. What should it consider before it can do so?
I would appreciate your reply as soon as possible as I am on a short deadline!
