    Hello,

I am sure that the South Europe under huge construction now. Everyone is talking about big profits in Bulgaria. Although I am interested in investment there a few things make me quite unsure if it is still profitable to buy in Bulgaria. From my experience I know that there is a problem to buy taking a loan.. also counting square meters of an apartment differs form what I many investors are used to.

Well, I can tell you that there are agencies who work with banks and taking a loan and buying a property is becoming easier and easier there are special mortage programs and so on and so on.on the other hand people are getting used to counting square meters and they do not pay attention to that.
