Sell your below market property deals quickly

Hi All

We are a UK based company specialising in selling below market value property, currently in UK and Spain. We have a large investor base who are constantly on a lookout for below market value property with an increased interest in the US market.

We are now on a lookout to work with US companies to satisfy the demand of our investors to buy below market value in the US. We are looking to set up relationships with companies who are interested in brokering/ selling undervalued deals for mutual benefit.

Yes, the attraction is the weak dollar and the weak prices. We are already getting undervalued UK and Spanish propeties sold to people.

Are u dealing with these deals directly urself? I am looking to work with agents/ brokers on a similar basis to get our investors some low priced deals. I would be interested in established agents who can take care of viewings, finance, purchase.. all that side to get the proprties bought.
