Seeking Permittmed Retail Properties and Land Leases Nationwide
We have large well experienced equity Buyers that are right now immediately looking to buy Big Shopping Mall anchored commercial retail properties nationwide up to $100Million in price.They are looking to buy top flight retail companies like Wal-Mart,Home Depot,Lowe's,etc.
If you have a direct seller that needs to get liquid fast and need that immediate Cash,our Buyers are looking for Big Box retail properties.
Our Buyers can move quickly.
We also have a large Buyer that are immediately interested that will buy from Developers/Land Owners land that they are leasing maybe for Big Box development opportunities,they will buy leases nationwide,and they can buy these at discounts up to around 85% LTV. So if you own and have a Land lease and are looking for an immediate payout/check,then our Buyer would be interested in paying you a lump sum instead of you having to wait 5 yrs to receive any payout.
We would like on these leases that they be permanent and approved and they can also be long term leases.You must be direct Principal or have direct immediate access.
