I am very interested in working in commercial property both as a Realtor and Investor. Could anyone provide any tips, advice, etc?

I would highly suggest taking the CCIM courses: http://ccim.com/

You'll learn a lot and earning that CCIM designation will show investors that you know how to properly handle investment properties.
