Panama City Beach - Land

OK, Who can give me some insight into what is going on in Panama City Beach.

I hear all kinds of good things, but need to hear from people in the trenches.

Jim Fowler is building a Safari Theme Park?
New International Airport

I hear National Recreation Properties (Eric Estrada) people own a boat load of lots.

Is there any luxury communities, Restaurants, Shopping? besides what is on the beach?

I ask these questions, because I have been asked to get involved in a large project in the area for marketing and sales. I don't want to waste my time.

I hear lots of things are going on around the Canal since they are working on widening it. Check it out! I have a person here that buys and sells properties down there. Let me know if you need any help.

Speedydooo was referring to Panama City Panama. I am talking about Panama City beach, FL.

I do hear a number of very good things. on the QT: Disney is buying property under a shell corp. I have a seller with 900 acres of land that is adjacent to that.

The airport, Fedex buiding a hub, it seems like some heavy hitters are slowing buying up land.

Could be a good long term play for those willing to take some risk.
