Purchase/lease options - selling them to overseas investors
Just wanted to get a feel from the community on this one:
I've heard of folks obtaining options to purchase or lease (long-term) large office buildings, and selling these options for a handsome profit to overseas investors.
As I am looking to get started in commercial real estate investing, my question is this: is a scenario like this a good way to get started?Daniel Briere, Marketing Director
