    Arrow Looking For Wholesalers...

    Hi, I'm not totally new at this but somwehat and I'm looking for a few full-time
    wholesalers. The location of the deals doesn't matter so much as the actual deal itself.

    Question Where you from?

    Your location shows Indiana, but your phone in a news post shows 323 area code of L.A., CA. Which is it?

    Default Cell vs Land Line

    Hi,

    I used to live in California so the 323 number is my cell.

    I prefer people to call my cell since I almost always have
    it on me.

    Yes, I'm a wholesaler in SW Florida. Mostly SFR, with some multi-family and condos too. We negotiate short-sales from time to time as well.

    What are you looking for and where? We have a great little money maker right now at about 55% LTV including our fee.

    I am a wholesaler in PA and have some very nice deals available. Cash Out deals with positive cash flow and no money down is what I specialize in.
