Rent to Own Real Estate..What do people really think!!

Hi,
I found this method to be fun, and somewhat profitable, eventhough, I am just starting.
I have been told everything from its a 70's strategy to its a good strategy to it stinks.
I make so that the Tenant/Buyer can earn a minimum of 50 % rent credit, I think its a great way to be an investor.

RTO is a great strategy, did I read right that you are offering 50% credit toward purchase price? If so that is very very generous, feel free to check out my site StopPayingRentInPA...
There are so many creative things that you can do with RTO besides just doing it with properties you own.
