What is beautiful and unique about ByTheOwner.com is that you can receive e-mails on upcoming Open Houses, or even be the first to know when a property matching your search criteria is online! based on your criteria. It sure takes the effort out of you having to keep checking the site to see when a open house is happening or when a specific property that you're wanting is added to the site.
