Question Buy then rent condo in Hawaii

My wife and I were considering buying a condo in a co-op building in hawaii and then renting it for awhile as we are not ready to move just yet. How would we get started? What would we have to do? What kind of financing do you get when you intend to rent? Any and all advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure if financing will change if you intend to rent or not to rent (unless the property is in a business name). You should work with an Agent that will get you all the needed info and will list your property for rental.

Nowadays the prices of flats in Warsaw are so high. Few years ago before Poland joined the EU, they were much lower.
