Rental Properties Available Texas
Hello everyone,
I'm a small investor in El Paso, TX. I flip 2-3 properties per year. The market value on houses in El Paso increased 17% from 2005 to 2006 and 21% from 2006 to 2007. El Paso was listed as #6 in the nation in market appreciation for 2007. We have 28,000 soldiers coming into Fort Bliss for the next 3 years and there is not enough housing to accommodate all.
The property I presently have for sale is listed and appraised @ $129,000.
The rents around the area are $850-$950.
It is a 3BR, 2BA, 1650sqft, excellent condition, completely remodeled.
Let me know if anybody is interested in this property.
Also, my wife is a licensed real estate agent and a licensed loan officer, so she can help you all the way by finding you a property and finding you the financing.

Investment Properties in Texas
Yes it seems Texas is still doing well compared to much of the country.
I came across an interesting investment program at www.YorkStreetInvestments.com, which is more geared to the Dallas area.

Anyone had feedback on Tom Wilson Properties investing in and around Dallas? I would post the link, but I haven't graduated to that level yet.
