Investors needed... High percentage possiblities!
Hello all,
I am starting to get into the real estate investment business and am currently in the process of starting a real estate investment company. The way it will work is investors will invest a certain amount of money under contract for a certain period of time or project, they will be garanteed a certain percentage of their original investment, after i sell the property and pay of any debts, the profit will be deivided up to the investors. Their is no limit to the percentage of profit you can make and virtually no risk. Please email me if you are interested and we can talk about up coming projects and ideas.

My idea, don't do it. Are you creating a limited partnership? Hedge Fund? or Private Placement?
