We are looking for straight up purchase, no funny business. We have been contacted by several groups "claiming" to purchase these properties and all have some wacky scheme.

We are NOT providing appraisals. The contract is specific, purchase price will be adjusted to 30% below Appraisal value.

Seller will pay their portion of closing costs, buyer will pay theirs. Nothing more, nothing less.

The homes are priced from the High $200's to over $1million.

I have one project where we are talking 12 units of VERY high end construction materials. 2800sqft townhomes for $94.00 sqft. BRAND NEW. You cannot build it for less even if you owned the land 10 years ago.
