We have a large direct Buyer that is interested in Single Family residences,Condominiums,and Town Homes.Any location in the U.S. acceptable. He can close within 3 weeks. Additionally,he will buy bulk purchases.Units must have a current appraisal,no exception. Buyer will pay a maximum of 70% LTV. Prefer units valued at $250,000 or more.

You must be a direct seller or have direct access to the seller,and you will need to be compensated by your seller.

I provide 3-sold properties from the local MLS as the basis for the appraised ARV. Plus I provide a repair bid from a licensed contractor.

Then I offer the property at no more than 50-60% of the ARV.

If your investor can provide Proof Of Funds to secure the property then we can do business.
