Filipino Property
Have anyone any experience they would like to share about being a foreigner and purchasing property in the philippines.....

I've looked into it - mainly because I fell in love with a filipino woman...long story, I digress...lol
Anyhoo - as a foreigner you can't own land... You can own up to 40% of a coporation that owns land, that's it. What you can own as a foreigner is condos. Condos aren't land. There's a pretty active condo development industry there. I limited my search pretty much to Manilla but the rents vary widely depending on where in the city you buy (like any major city). I would suggest if your serious about it to find local expertise.

You can buy condominium units, and these are widely available in NCR, especially at the Makati CBD, Eastwood, The Fort and Ortigas. Prices within these areas are higher, but you can access almost all your needs if you live within these areas.

Guys I can help you in securing properties in Cebu City, Philippines. Condos,Condotel,raw land,house and lots and even memorial lots.
