    Exclamation Looking To Buy Multiple Properties

    Hello everyone-

    I am a real estate investor with unlimited resources to purchase as many home (SFR) as fit my criteria. I am primarily interested in doing seller finance and lease options but am also open to outright cash purchases. If it was a cash deal, I am looking for about 30% equity if under $800,000 and even more if over $800,000.
    My firm and I purchased 20+ properties in April and we are looking to purchase 200+ per month by the end of the year. Location doesn't necessarily matter. Please contact me if you have any questions or any homes that might work. Thank you,

    Hey Daniel,
    I'm in Atlanta GA and this is what I do. I have a real estate lic which gives me lots of access for other ave's in searching for properties.
