    Default Condo Conversions- in NJ

    I'm converting a apartment building in NJ into condomimums has anyone had experience with tenant not moving out upon notice?

    I had experienced it. I sold a majority of units to the tenants or their family. I actually had more problems with the lawyer doing the paperworks than the tenants themselves...

    Did anyone invoke the right of relocation provision? And how long did the process end up taking up for conversion?
