Hi! I am new to this site and i was wondering if any of you work in the same field as me, probate real estate. If any one is wondering what that is, it is when someone passes away and leaves their assets to an heir. Then the assets have to go through probate in the courts before they can be distributed. What we do is buy the estate, if there is one, from the heirs. This can be done before the probate closes in the court as long as the heir has full authority. It is a great thing because there is vertualy no competition. I have not yet come across someone who works in this field of real estate. This is why i would love to chat with someone who might be!!
