Private Lender wanted

Hi my name is Eric Johnson and I am looking for private money for a project in Cleveland Ohio. It is a ten unit apartment building fully rented. I need 150,000 for this project and I am willing to pay between 10% to 15% for the money. I will throw in a brand new plasma tv for any lender or referral.

The apartment building is a 10 unit complex. The unit mix is all two bedrooms that rent for 375 each.The tentants pay their own utilities.The apartment building appraised for 220,000. I currently have the apartment building under contract for 150,000.
