Investor Looking For Agents

Need a few agents that understand how the investing process works in the south jersey area. You do not have to be a pro at it, just understand how it works.

Make sure to choose agents that do not get the full idea of it.
I'm an agent and when I see good stuff, I'll take it for me first, then I flip it to an investor.

Cody is right on this one...haha. I'm a mortgage broker but I'd do the same. If I see something that I can work with then I'll pick it up.
