under no circumstances should a newbie investor - or a person aspiring to be a real estate investor - take any courses until they've spent at least 3 months of studying - about 30 hours a week. MINIMUM.

this 3 months will save you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in "training" fees.

the guru coaching and the like are good, but a true noob, is NOT ready for them. the courses usually spur more questions, than answers.

as an investor you've got to have an idea of where you want to go. how the heck do you know where to go, when you don't know anything about what's there?
