Yeah you said this before in another thread. Well, again, it actually depends on you and what property you are buying. Besides, you can have an agreement on your agent on how much should he/she be getting once your property is then sold.

Yes, having a good real estate agent can save your time and money also because they know about the good and beneficial area for deals. You don't need to waste your time for searching good deals or properties.

You are Right! Real estate agents can disclose market conditions, which will govern your selling or buying process. Many factors determine how you will proceed. Data such as the average per square foot cost of similar homes, median and average sales prices, average days on market and ratios of list-to-sold prices, among other criteria, will have a huge bearing on what you ultimately decide to do. thats good point to save your time.

Both have some contradictions.
Example is, when you buy on your own - yes you save a lot of money without hiring an agent to find you one. But the question is, are you able to really get the right benefit that you should be getting when hiring an agents?
When you hire an agent, you will spend some money - but that, in return, you are able to get the best listings for properties in your desired location. You can ask your agents about certain listings, information etc, while doing it your own is quite impossible, since agents do know more about properties than you know.
But anyway, it is always a matter of "what you mostly prefer" .. It depends on YOU. No one is against you anyway.. And probably this are only opinions to look at about either hiring or not hiring property agents.Texas Real Estate CE | Texas MCE | New York Real Estate CE
