What that means is do not buy a property and speculate that market values will go up, it has to make sense when you buy it.

With that being said, investing is not easy. There are so many different types and routes to take, and money can be made with every route. One of my favorite books is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor By Gary Keller (co-founder of Keller Williams). Great book to start with.
Your thoughts are really very impressive Dustin. They are very practical as well. Your opinion reflects the fact of looking for opportunities when nobody looks at them. Its actually buying when you make money. Thanks for sharing !!

There are lots of negativity over the real estate condition over from years but still people used to invest in these sectors which seems to one of the most profitable sector, while for investing in real estate business we need to buy land or properties in various notes.

The best advice i can give is to hire a real estate agent to help you, especially if you are investing for the first time.

I believe that investing in property is a lucrative investment. If you do have the extra money available, over a long term, why not make that investment? By renting out your property you are using other people to pay off your mortgage. However, you can only invest in property if you have enough funds over a long period of time to spare since it is a long term investment

    Hi,
There are lots of useful advice. Work with a good lender and a good real estate agent. Form a team with you're lender and realtor and let them advise you how to proceed. Discuss you're idea with a lender and a realtor. Start with a lender since you need to know how much you can buy and what you can afford. Together they will help you start this process and show you how to proceed. It's a great time to buy!
    Good Luck!

Good point. We have to think about property investment as a long-term investment. If you buy property today, how much will it be worth in 20-30 years? How much rent will you be able to charge? All of these factors need to be considered.

Most of the people are worried about their retirement plans and there are many option to boost up their retirement funds, according to me investment in real estate is the best option. If you are investing in a real estate then you must be careful about the rules and the regulations of a particular country. Investment in a real estate really beneficial in the retirement age, at that time they are their own property and they can also get a fund from their tenants.

If you want to invest in real estate sectors then you must consider some important factors regarding real estate such as location, market condition, competitor strategy, surrounding area and affordable price before investing. You should get some expert advices from real estate agents to get a best deal.
