I like your information and glad to read it because it helpful a lot and also remember that as with any investment there is much potential with real estate but this doesn't mean that it is an assured gain. You have to keep patients for this and always make careful choices before going to invest in any type of real estate.

Real Estate can be fun if you play safe!!!
Real Estate is a fast growing business in today’s machine world. People ready to buy land for now and hold it for some time and sell it when they see markets attractive thus gaining a huge return of income from the investment. But, investors needs to be careful before investing in land or house as fraud, property theft is becoming a common crime everywhere. We could come across a lot of land encroachment, particularly the properties of NRI’s who didnt turned up to their town for long time. Such properties are need to be verified with govt officials properly and nearby neighbours and then can invest money on it.
To conclude, Real Estate always a big money business if u learn to play safe.

Investing in real estate is a great way to grow your wealth if done responsibly, with conservative financing, and with an understanding of the tax implications.

Real estate investment is a very good investment, should you not need the money right now. Always keep in mind that it is a long term investment

There is ALWAYS money to be made in real estate investing, no matter what the market conditions are, if you know what you're doing. With the drop in market prices this is a great time to pick many properties. You make your money when you buy a property, not when you sell it. What that means is do not buy a property and speculate that market values will go up, it has to make sense when you buy it.
With that being said, investing is not easy. There are so many different types and routes to take, and money can be made with every route. Do your research on investing and learn what would work best for your situation. There are many forums, blogs, and books for this subject, so anybody interested in this needs to start reading!
One of my favorite books is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor By Gary Keller (co-founder of Keller Williams). Great book to start with.
