Default How to find homes sold on MLS?

I'd like to find homes sold on mls.com. But I only see searches for homes for sale and foreclosures. This is for Arizona. Does any one know how to do this kind of search?

Most MLS websites designed for the general public don't have that feature. If you want to be able to search for sold homes, you'll need to get help from a real estate agent who is a member of that particular MLS - only a member will have that access. The agents and brokers have the ability to see a ton of information that the general public doesn't see. Another option if you're really serious is you can get your real estate license, in most states you can complete the courses in as little as a week and it only costs a few hundred bucks. Once you have your real estate salesperson's license, you can join your local MLS as a member and have full access.

The MLS listing number is provided to you before sale so that you can easily reference the property to your real estate agent. Once the property is sold, there is no longer a need to show that MLS number. Consider yourself fortunate that you can still access the actual sold listings. Precious few MLS's provide that information.

    Default Sold info

I'm from Phoenix, AZ and if you have the property address, you can always look up info on the Maricopa County Recorders website. They show the price the property was sold for. You can also check with title companies - most will give you access to their database where you can find comp, property info, etc info for the property. There is also a local data provider that can give this info for a fee. But if you are just looking for an overall list of what has sold (without having a specific address), then that is trickier. I am not aware of anyone who aggregates that info. Good luck! Please let me know if you find someone.
