Hi, Iam Santiago Callaba, an all equity investor from spain. Recently I have gotten interested in tax liens certificates as a form of investment and as a form of starting a real estate portfolio within America which is one of my main goals as an investor. Well doing some research i´ve found that it is not something very simple as many people think, being a long term investor I know to spect problems to show up and know that at first this is going to be a learning experience more than a profitable one. Well now Iam on my way to getting an LLC formed so that I can register myself in the auction bidding process from different counties. I would honestly appreciate any type of Mentorship from someone with more experience than me in this field.
