Which Countries’ Citizens Can Buy Real Estates in Turkey?

According to the Turkish Republic Laws, international treaties preserve their validity in real estate sales and purchases. As in international treaties, if a Turkish citizen can buy a property in a country, the citizen of that country can also buy a house in Turkey. This application is also valid for the citizens of those countries listed below as well as the Turkish citizens.
