In 2000 I purchased these properties for complete rehabilitation and sold them completed in 2002. The investors that purchased these properties also bought over 400 other units in upstate NY. Through bad investment choices their portfolio fell apart and the opportunity came about for me to purchase them back. I am now finishing my second rehabilitation of these properties and am very proud of my work. The property managers I have in place are the same managers I originally hired in 2000.
