    Default New Invester,multi family homes

Im looking to buy a 2 or 3 family home in my market area. I feel now is the time to buy. How do I get started with no money out of pocket ? Can I really buy with less than 20% down ? Private lenders ? I would like to build passive income to secure my future. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having no cash yourself these days is a tough one. The best thing to probably do is raise capital from outside investors, but then of course you're going to need to share the payout with them.
