There are some major reasons describes that investing in real estate is one of the best way to accumulate wealth.
1- The best strategy to make money in this field would be to invest in upcoming cities.
2- Rental properties normally appreciate in value with inflation.Increased value can mean sale and reinvestment in higher value properties, or provide an equity line of credit to use for other investments.
3- In real estate if you make a good deal then you can end up with 10-35% instant equity.
4- You reduce your mortgage and increase your equity with every mortgage payment made on underlying debt.

James all the points that you put here are worth knowing so that the investment can be better and thus increases the real estate value. Also, real estate no doubt brings an achievement and future security.

As we know that there is only a business in which there is only an appreciation in the value of an asset , So there is no alternative investment except real estate business that give you more profit . If i would start the business then i will select real estate as a best option from investment point of view .

Fourth point is about equity build-up. If you do that then, a portion of your payment goes toward reducing the principal. The shorter the loan period, the faster the equity builds.
