    2. documents
    3. Expense for buying
    4. Home Insurance
    5. Title insurance
    6. Approved layout
    7. Consult a Realtor
    8. Ensure property is free from debt and liabilities
    9. Water and power supply

    All these checklists are really very essential and needs an understanding that will be done so that one cannot find any problem at the time of buying.

    Home insurance is one of the main thing which is necessary and with that, power and water supply is always essential. I mean if these things are clear than many people can easily buy the property without any problem.
