I recently obtained my RE sales person license in order to receive full commission on my next primary residence property purchase (also future investment properties). Has anyone done something similar and if so, any tips on what resources are available for free? I'm already looking on redfin, zip, and zillow.

I've also found a local RE broker who allows agents like myself to just pay a flat fee per transaction. Basically, a "no frills" broker. Anyone have a similar arrangement with their broker? How much do you pay them?
