Default Insurance for starting a mangament company.

I work with lots of real estate investors and have built many relationships. Recently many have asked me to manage their properties for them. Anyone here own a management company or knows what type of insuance and other overhead costs will be required if I take on the job. Initally I would take 10 or so properties. Once that is working I will take on more. Any and all adivse is appreciated.
