I do agree that real estate investment allows the investors to earn handsome amount of money, but some points that should be kept in mind, according to me are, updated knowledge and investment according to personal capacity, which means big amount of loan factor should not be involved.

Its absolutely true that more investments in real estate can return you more profits.But investments should be dome taking care of the personal budget and also with a proper planning.Taking agent's help can also help you earn more profits.

5. Tax advantages - There are several ways in which property ownership can be used for legitimate tax avoidance – though this should not be your first and foremost reason for buying the property, more a side benefit.

dubai real estate is really a good investment but it is very expensive . and the new investors cant find it that helpful .
