Have We Hit Bottom
I am located in Temecula, California. You can't build homes for what they are selling for yet the market has died again. Do you think in california, florida, nevada, and arizona that we have bottomed out or do you think there is more to go?

The Market is Going to Be Slow for a While Still
I think we're close to a bottom but I don't think we're going to start clawing our way out of this very fast. My guess is that the real estate market around the country is going to be pretty flat for another two years with some parts of the country moving up a bit and other parts of the country moving down a bit. It will be interesting to see if the feds latest move to spend $600 billion dollars to help keep long term interest rates low has any affect on housing prices. Afterall it was low interest rates that drove us into a housing bubble in the first place.
