    The best investment opportunities in Southern California are in the cities of Temecula and Murrieta , CA. These are 2 rapidly growing cities with excellent schools, safe communities and a central location. An investor with 30% down can realize a positive cash flow with todays prices and interest rates. Anytime you can pick up Southern California real estate and have a positive cash flow is a time to buy. Also, both cities have a terrific rental market. Everything rents in 30 days or less.
